Our sample process is as follows: Please submit a sample request via our inquiry form, specifying the exact product model you require. The sample fee will be refunded upon placing a bulk order.
Customization
We support customization including color, logo branding, packaging, and private mold development. Our team helps you evaluate feasibility, cost, and MOQ before production, so you can customize without unnecessary risk or overinvestment.
Minimum order quantities for custom products vary by product type: Medical devices: Minimum order of 10 units;

Our standard deposit policy is as follows:
①Cancellation before production begins — deposit is refundable minus any costs already incurred (e.g., raw material procurement, tooling setup for custom orders)
②Cancellation after production has started — deposit is non-refundable; any completed goods may be offered for resale or transfer
③Custom/OEM orders — due to the bespoke nature of these orders, deposits on custom productions are generally non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced
We strongly recommend confirming all specifications, quantities, and timelines before placing your deposit to avoid complications. Our team is available to assist with any pre-order questions.
For new customers, all orders are processed under standard prepayment terms.
For long-term customers with a consistent order history, we may offer extended payment terms.
Eligibility for credit terms will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account order history, order volume, and company profile. Please speak with your account manager or contact us directly to discuss a solution that works for you.
Shipping

In the event of damage during transit:
Our procedure:
① Document immediately—Take photos of all damaged areas after opening the container but before unpacking individual cartons.
② Please submit photographic evidence to us within 3 business days of delivery.
We will review the claim to determine whether the damage resulted from a manufacturing or packaging defect or from the carrier’s mishandling.
We will share the final assessment with you and provide a clear solution.
