Your quotation identifies selected models, quantities, specifications, included components, branding and packaging. For bags and vests, we clarify whether filling materials or weights are included. Optional accessories and shipping charges are identified separately where applicable.

 

 

 

Yes. Available customisation varies by product and may include materials, colours, logos and packaging. Sample and trial-order quantities are confirmed by model. Sample-fee refunds depend on agreed order conditions, and NDA support is available for original designs.

 

 

 

We inspect incoming materials, sample key production stages and check finished products before shipment. QC information can be provided, and buyer-appointed third-party inspections are supported. Available test reports are checked against your selected products and destination requirements.

 

 

 

Bulk production normally takes 30–60 days, depending on products, quantities and packaging. Available stock may ship sooner after confirmation. We accept T/T, L/C, credit card and PayPal. Payment schedules and shipping terms are agreed in your quotation, with mixed-order and FBA preparation available where applicable.

 

 

 

Send your order details and photos or videos showing the issue. We respond within 24 hours and investigate with our QC team. Tube frames carry a 3-year warranty and spare parts 1 year; wear-part coverage varies by product. Confirmed manufacturing defects or missing parts are addressed with replacement arrangements, with applicable freight covered by us.
