For gym projects, we also review available space and training requirements. Suitability for home, studio or commercial use is confirmed for each model—not assumed across the entire range.
Your quotation is based on the selected model, quantity, configuration, branding and packaging. We confirm product specifications and clarify standard equipment versus optional accessories, including weight stacks, benches and attachments where applicable. Packing dimensions and gross weight are confirmed once the packing plan is agreed. Accessories shown in product photos should be checked against the quoted configuration.
Yes. We support OEM/ODM projects covering product configuration, colors, logos and packaging, subject to model-specific feasibility. An NDA can be signed before you share original drawings. Samples and small-batch trial orders are available depending on the product and customization. MOQ, sample charges and any sample-fee credit toward a bulk order are confirmed before you proceed.
Our QC process covers incoming materials, in-process checks and finished-product inspection. Before shipment, we can provide photos or reports covering appearance, function and packaging, and cooperate with your appointed third-party inspector. Available material and product test reports depend on the selected model and destination requirements. Additional testing can be discussed where existing documents do not cover your needs.
Production normally takes 25–45 days, depending on the products, quantity, customization and packaging. Transit time is additional, and we provide production and shipment updates.
We accept T/T, L/C, credit card and PayPal. Full prepayment or a 30%–50% deposit may apply depending on order value and shipment type; the balance-payment deadline is confirmed in your quotation.
We support sea freight, mixed-container planning and coordination with your forwarder. EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF options are available, while DDP and Amazon warehouse delivery are assessed for the specific shipment.
We provide assembly guidance and available instructional videos. For missing, damaged or faulty parts, send your order details and supporting photos or videos. Our team responds within 24 hours and reviews the issue with QC before confirming the solution.
Tube frames carry a 3-year warranty, spare parts one year, and wear parts 3–6 months depending on the product and proper use. For approved quality claims covered by warranty, we arrange replacement parts and cover the associated shipping costs. Damage caused by misuse is excluded.
